I believe that with the right help and guidance you have the capability to reach your personal, professional and therapeutic goals. I use evidence based practices to provide you with best knowledge and expertise in the industry. Jodi Hill, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)

In therapy, my goal is to build a trusting relationship with you that empowers you to identify and to seek wholeness in the areas of life where you desire change. Partnering with you and working together is a key component in the continuous process of healing and growth. I can equip you with emotion-coping skills, body-awareness practices, and new thinking perspectives that will help you cope with stressors and changes in your life. You have the capacity for new movement in your life, and I can help you find your steps forward.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado under the supervision of Ashley Mauldin, LPC. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and also in the Emotional Freedom Technique of tapping. I graduated with an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fort Hays State University (KS) in 2020. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the Colorado Counseling Association.

I spent six years living and working cross-culturally in Asia. In the Fall of 2021, I moved to Colorado and I have found great joy in getting into new physical terrain and exploring the beauty of the Western Slope.

Ashley Mauldin, MA, LPC, EMDR

I am a mental wellness expert who is passionate about helping you create a life that you love. Whether that happens through resolving traumas, learning about and changing problematic behaviors or by being coached on what you need to be doing to reach your full potential, I am here to help. Many of my clients are tired of only “talking” about their problems and are looking for something to finally help them break through. I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy which can help to rewire the brain. If we change how your brain is processing information we will see a positive shift in behavior.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of clinical experience. I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator for Brené Brown’s Daring Greatly™ and Rising Strong™ curriculums certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors and hold memberships with the American Counseling Association and Colorado Counseling Association. I am a trained Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and a Certified Gottman Level 1 therapist. I graduated with a MA in Clinical Counseling with a Couples and Family emphasis from the University of Northern Colorado in 2008.

I moved to the Glenwood Springs area in 2011 and reside in New Castle with my husband Kalen, daughter Ava and son Max. I pride myself on practicing what I preach and do not ask my clients to do anything I wouldn’t do myself. My goal is to live, love and lead with excellence in all areas of my life – and hopefully inspire you to do the same.
